Software development services are non-tangible and involve significant time, expertise, and resources. Once work has commenced, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the stage of the project.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Full Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Before Work Commences: If you cancel your service within 48 hours of purchase and before any development work has started
  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service and cannot provide a reasonable explanation or alternative solution
  • Technical Impossibility: If we determine that the project requirements cannot be technically fulfilled and we cannot provide an acceptable alternative

3.2 Partial Refund Eligibility

4. Service-Specific Refund Terms

4.1 Custom Development Projects

For custom web development, mobile app development, and backend systems, refunds are calculated based on:

  • Hours worked and documented
  • Completed project phases or milestones
  • Deliverables provided (designs, code, documentation)
  • Third-party costs incurred

4.2 Fixed-Price Services

For services with fixed pricing (e.g., code reviews, security audits), refunds are only available if the service has not been commenced or delivered. Once the service is completed and delivered, no refund will be provided.
